Shipping & Return Policy

At John C Garage, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our site time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the U.S. (California is excluded for some of our products)
Hawaii and Alaska have to be manually processed as shipping rates need to be calculated prior to ordering
Shipping speeds and services may vary and are subject to change
Cut-off time for same day shipping is 3PM Eastern Standard Time
- We have no control over shipping speeds after the package leaves our hands regardless of the shipping method selected. We will not issue any refunds for shipping costs in the event a shipping carrier experiences delays, and this includes expedited shipments as well!
Expedited shipments are calculated in business days. This does not include weekends! Example: If next day air is selected on a Friday before the shipping cut off and item or items are in stock, assume the order would get delivered the following Monday.
In some cases, FedEx will be used when selecting UPS shipping methods. Some of our suppliers only use FedEx and so that is why you might see that ship method used when UPS was selected.
International orders are subjected to taxes and duties enforced by your country. We are not responsible for these associated costs and have no control over them!
Most of our products and orders ship from eastern Pennsylvania. We do have suppliers throughout the U.S. so if there are multiple items on your order, they could show up at different times and in separate packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted on brand new, unused products within 10 days of purchase. Some exclusions apply. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding a purchase and we will do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
All John C Garage drop shackles are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund.
We have the right to refuse a return if upon the return the product is damaged or shown to be in an unacceptable condition. If that is the case you are responsible for return shipping to get the product back to you.
You will be refunded for the product price minus the actual shipping cost we paid plus a 15% return fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee for costs that are not refunded to us once an order has been processed on the JCG website.
